"AMERICA'S BOATING SAFELY COURSE"

 When:

2009 Schedule - April 4th, May 2nd, June 6th,
July 11th, August 1st, and September 12th
 for eight hours on a Saturday
       8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

 

 Where:

Manahawkin Community Center

Take a seven week two hours an evening

"Boating Skills and Seamanship Course"

 

  WHEN:      Scheduled to begin at 7 PM, March 30th, 2009
                                (Runs for 7 Mondays total)

Successful completion of the test at the end of any of these courses entitles students, 16 years of age or older, to obtain a state certificate to operate a PWC.  It also meets the state of N.J.'s requirement that all boaters have to attend a boating safety course by 2009 in order to operate a boat.
